200+ RAL, BS and bespoke colours. Pre-treated, electrostatically applied and cured in-house. The finish your part deserves — and the one your client will still recognise five winters from now.

Five stops
between
sheet & ship.
Every job we take walks the same five stations. No shortcuts, no missed pre-treatment, no “we’ll sort it on the next run”. It’s boring on purpose — and it’s why our finishes don’t peel.
1. Brief & Specify
We work with you to, decode the spec, and confirm tolerances, finish codes and lead times — before a single sheet is touched.
2. Fabricate
CNC, press-brake, MIG / TIG. UK-skilled fabricators turn drawings into parts on machines we own and maintain in-house.
3. Pre-treat
Multi-stage degrease, phosphate and rinse. The boring step nobody talks about — and the reason our finishes don't fail.
4. Powder Coat
Electrostatic application across 200+ RAL, BS and bespoke colours. Cured at 180–200°C in our 7m walk-in oven.
5. QC & Dispatch
Coat-thickness, adhesion and spray verified. Packed and dispatched on schedule — faster than your last supplier.
